Amber started working with B Tucker HVAC in 2005 and has developed into an efficient office manager and scheduler. She is responsible for daily office management including providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and social media. She maintains the customer database of over 1,000 clients, schedules maintenance and service calls, handles customer billing, receivables and customer service follow-through. Amber has created a great rapport with city officials to ensure all contracted jobs are permitted correctly and inspections are scheduled with ease. She has created most of the Standard Operating Procedures and Maintenance Agreements currently being used in the organization.
