Amber started working with B Tucker HVAC in 2005 as the Office Manager and is now the Director of Operations. She is responsible for daily office management and administrative duties including providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and social media. She maintains the customer database of over 1,000 clients, schedules maintenance and service calls, handles customer billing, receivables and customer service follow-through. Since being with the company for over 15 years, Amber has had the opportunity to get to know many of our long-time clients and facilitates much of the support that B. Tucker HVAC provides to the local schools through donations, ad purchases, and auction donations.
Amber has created most of the Standard Operating Procedures and Maintenance Agreements currently being used in the organization. She has digitalized the processes of invoicing and scheduling bringing the company inline with modern technologies. Amber has created a great rapport with city officials to ensure all contracted jobs are permitted correctly and inspections are scheduled with ease. She has played an integral role in the growth of this company and is currently in school at Florida Institute of Technology. When she isn’t working, Amber enjoys the beach, photography and Disney.
