Preventative Maintenance Agreements

At B. Tucker Heating and A/C, we want to do all we can to ensure that your heating and air conditioning systems work at their very best. The best way you can do that is to ensure that your systems are regularly maintained. To that end, we invite you to participate in our very active Preventative Maintenance Agreement program.

Our service agreement is valid for one year and includes 2 visits out your home; not just to change the filters, but also to thoroughly inspect your system in preparation for the next cooling/heating season. Our 14-point inspection ensures your system’s maximum efficiency and prolongs equipment life. Our PMA takes an average of 45 minutes per unit, plus we customize every plan to fit your exact needs. Complete inspection, service, analysis, and filter change for the heating season.
Preferential scheduling of service calls
A 10% discount on parts and Freon
