At B. Tucker Heating and A/C, we want to do all we can to ensure that your heating and air conditioning
systems work at their very best. The best way you can do that is to ensure that your systems are regularly maintained.
To that end, we invite you to participate in our very active Preventative Maintenance Agreement program.

In addition to our installation and maintenance services, we are happy to work with
you to provide the optimal environment within your home or workspace. Examples include: Zone dampering uses Honeywell zone
controls and digital thermostats to divide your living space into zones, each controlled by its own thermostat. Humdifiers and Dehumidifiers A whole home humidifier can condition your indoor air to its most comfortable, as well as help to reduce
the circulation of irritating airborne particles. Filtration Systems There are many filters available, removing from 40% to 99% of the debris that moves through your HVAC system. Germicidal
Lights Ultraviolet
light devices can be installed with a media filter to kill bacteria that is not captured by the filter.
