Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Want to save money on your energy bills and prevent costly repairs? Regular maintenance with our Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) is the best way to keep those bills down. We'll come out at least twice a year to change your filters and to do a complete fourteen point inspection. This will help insure the efficient operations of your system and prolong the life of your equipment. At B. Tucker HVAC, preventative maintenance is more than just a filter change. don't be fooled by cheaper, lesser service. Our planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) takes and average of an hour a unit. Plus, we customize every plan to fit your exact needs. Take a look at what our agreement includes:
This agreement includes the following:
- Complete inspection, service, analysis, and filter change for the cooling season.
- Complete inspection, service, analysis, and filter change for the heating season.
- Preferential Scheduling of service calls
- A 10% discount on parts and Freon
The cooling and heating pre-season inspections/servicing will include the following items for the appropriate season:
