Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Want to know how to save money on your energy bills? Regular maintenance with our Planned Maintenance Agreement is the best way to keep those bills down. We’ll come out at least twice a year to change your filters and do a complete fourteen point inspection. This will help prolong the life of your equipment and prevent costly repairs at inconvenient times. Changing your filters and keeping the inner working of your system clean are essential to the long life and efficient operation of your equipment but, no matter how diligent you are about changing your filters, the evaporator coil inside your furnace will collect debris. This debris can accumulate in the condensate drain pan and form scale (a type of mold). For this reason, your evaporator coil should be cleaned at least once every five years.
At B. Tucker HVAC, preventative maintenance is more than just a filter change. Our 14-point inspection ensures your system’s maximum efficiency and prolongs equipment life. Don’t be fooled by cheaper, lesser service. Our Planned Maintenance Agreement takes an average of an hour per unit, plus we customize every plan to fit your exact needs. - Replacement of compressors, heat exchangers, condensing units, furnaces, and evaporator coil (major equipment), or misc. parts
- Locating and repairing of refrigerant leaks
- Tripped Breakers/Blown Fuses
- Freon Recovery and recycling
If technician arrives and customer is NOT HOME, there will be a $50 service charge for not canceling the service.
